Mid-Level .NET Developer (Azure)

What you will do

• Build and evolve scalable, secure, and reliable backend services and APIs using .NET and Azure.
• Develop cloud-native applications with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality software and apply engineering best practices.
• Contribute across development, testing, deployment, monitoring, logging, and observability.

Requirements

• Professional backend development experience with C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core APIs and microservices.
• Experience developing or supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with messaging systems and asynchronous communication patterns, particularly Service Bus.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, and familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of automated testing, including unit and integration testing; containerization and orchestration concepts, including Kubernetes or Service Fabric.
• Understanding of application monitoring, logging, observability, software design principles, clean code, maintainable architecture, secure coding, and software compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Advanced spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, event sourcing, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to high-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with contract testing and automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Application Insights, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards, particularly PCI DSS.
