AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, secure AI solutions using enterprise platforms, LLMs, APIs, automation, and low-code tools.
• Own the AI lifecycle from data preparation and agent development through evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop AI standards, governance guardrails, templates, and reusable patterns for safe adoption.
• Provide expertise on enterprise low-code AI and automation platforms and translate platform updates into practical guidance.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, coach power users and citizen developers, and promote knowledge sharing.
• Track emerging AI trends, drive innovation, and support training, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Strong software development experience in Python, including software engineering best practices for testing, code quality, and maintainability.
• Practical experience designing, developing, and integrating software services, APIs, and automation solutions.
• Experience delivering software across development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Experience translating requirements into effective technical solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting AI/ML solutions in production, or understanding the practices required to operationalise them.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Experience developing applications with TypeScript.
• Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles, including controls, standards, and risk management.
• Familiarity with modern AI architectures and technologies, including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks such as Strands, Google ADK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
