Cyber Crime Specialist

Location: Amstelveen, North Holland, Netherlands; hybrid with office days on Tuesday and Thursday and the rest of the week from home.

Salary: Negotiable EUR per year

What you will do

• Research security culture needs across management, client-facing teams and customer environments.
• Translate research into interventions supporting verification, quick reporting and positive role modelling.
• Own the Team Security Moments concept by reviewing, promoting and creating sessions.
• Coordinate the cybersecurity event programme and lead Cybersecurity Month in October 2027 end to end.
• Engage senior management and employees across IT and business to make secure behaviour practical and psychologically safe.
• Support AI-related risk and culture interventions linked to ECB requirements through direct execution as well as design.

Requirements

• Experience in security awareness, education or culture, behavioural change, organisational psychology or L&D.
• Proven project management experience from concept through delivery and evaluation.
• Strong research, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English required.

Nice to have

• Video-editing skills; professional equipment is available.
