Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; minimum 3 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Report to the CFO and support the Americas and APAC management teams across multiple sites.
• Create and maintain commission plans for the Americas and APAC commercial teams.
• Manage revenue reporting and forecasting processes and oversee deferred revenue and gross-margin tracking.
• Track sales discounts and manage the annual discount review process.
• Build Power BI reports and participate in global Business Intelligence projects.
• Support Microsoft D365 needs and train users on Excel and Power BI reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in report creation and financial or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and the ability to read, troubleshoot, modify, and build complex formulas and models.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX, including data modeling, data transformation, external data connections, combined data, and refreshable models.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP.
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and supervisory or management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and results clearly to nontechnical users.
