Junior Paid Influencer Manager (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the office per week at Building 12, Chiswick Business Park, London, W4 5AN, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Support the planning and delivery of paid influencer campaigns across EMEA, maintaining timelines, deliverables, campaign records and supporting materials.
• Research creators and review agency shortlists using audience demographics, content quality, engagement and market relevance.
• Coordinate communications with creators, talent agencies and influencer partners, escalating questions and issues when required.
• Organise content reviews and approvals with Product Marketing, Studio Brand and other internal teams, then coordinate approved content for paid amplification.
• Track usage rights, permissions, contractual deliverables and advertising disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate TikTok’s Gaming Incentive Programme for hirify.global across EMEA, including briefs, creator activity, deliverables and reporting.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or campaign coordination within a brand, agency, talent business or comparable environment.
• Familiarity with creator landscapes across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch, including differences in algorithms and audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and campaign deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including preparing briefs, consolidating feedback and providing concise updates.
• Collaborative approach and confidence working with internal colleagues and external partners.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and presentation tools for campaign trackers and reporting.
• Interest in campaign performance and ability to draw practical observations from creator and content data.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and judgement to flag issues and seek guidance when needed.
• Passion for gaming, creator culture and the evolving influencer ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting paid influencer campaigns, including creator research, briefing, content approvals or reporting.
• Knowledge of European gaming creators, talent agencies or audience behaviours.
• Familiarity with creator content usage rights and paid amplification, including Spark Ads.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
• Familiarity with hirify.global franchises and their communities.
• Previous experience in the video games or entertainment sector.
