Junior Legal Counsel Procurement

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate procurement, supplier, commercial, non-disclosure, lease, facilities, IT, and technology contracts.
• Support procurement teams, category managers, and internal stakeholders with contractual matters and commercially focused legal guidance.
• Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions and prepare legal correspondence and contractual documentation.
• Support data protection, compliance, contract workflows, and legal projects related to the business transformation programme.
• Work directly with the Senior Global Procurement Counsel and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and countries.

Requirements

• Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, take ownership, and work with limited direction when required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Experience reviewing commercial, procurement, or supplier contracts.
• Paralegal, Legal Executive (CILEX), Trainee Solicitor, or Junior Solicitor background.
• Exposure to technology, procurement, facilities, or property-related legal matters.
• Knowledge of data protection legislation and GDPR.
• German language skills.
