• Compensation: $20–$60/hour
• Contract Type: Contractor
• Payment Terms: Hourly
• Workload: Approximately 10 hours/week
• Schedule: Flexible, including optional weekends

• Apply property restoration expertise to advanced AI training.
• Contribute to property loss evaluation and claims assessment.
• No previous AI experience required.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
• Review property damage photographs and inspection reports.
• Analyze insurance policies and restoration estimates.
• Evaluate coverage determinations and property loss claims.
• Assess restoration scopes and costing using Xactimate.
• Investigate flood, wildfire, and other property damage scenarios.
• Prepare detailed findings and technical assessment reports.
• Provide expert feedback on restoration workflows.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
• Minimum 5 years of property claims or restoration experience.
• Expertise in desk adjusting and insurance coverage analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Xactimate and restoration estimating.
• Experience evaluating complex flood and wildfire losses.
• Knowledge of property insurance policies and claims procedures.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• State adjuster licenses are highly advantageous.
• Remote claims assessment experience preferred.
