Senior Insurance Claims Expert (Liability, Property & Contents)

What you will do

• Review disputed-fault auto claims using video footage, written statements, and supporting documentation.
• Assess property and catastrophe damage using aerial roof imagery and catastrophe photographs.
• Evaluate contents claims from photographic evidence and prepare inventories and valuation assessments.
• Prepare accurate claim determination reports consistent with professional insurance adjusting standards.
• Apply comparative fault principles and liability assessment methods to support defensible outcomes.
• Communicate findings and technical reasoning through concise reports and feedback, contributing expert insights to improve AI-driven claims processing.

Requirements

• At least five years of insurance claims experience, particularly in auto liability, property, catastrophe claims, and contents assessment.
• An active state adjuster license or relevant professional certification such as AIC, CPCU, HAAG, or ACTAR.
• Experience determining comparative fault and handling complex liability assessments.
• Ability to interpret video evidence, photographs, aerial imagery, and other claim-related documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly.
• Experience preparing detailed claim documentation, damage assessments, and valuation reports.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and use digital tools for evidence review and report submission.
