• Apply your repayment and forgiveness knowledge to a project where accuracy comes first.
• No AI experience needed; your domain expertise is what matters.
• Work asynchronously and share clear written feedback.
🎓 What you’ll do
• Review sample questions and flag those that don’t reflect real borrower concerns.
• Create evaluation rubrics for federal repayment, income-driven repayment plans, and forgiveness programs including PSLF.
• Cover loan servicer issues, deferment, forbearance, and default management.
• Evaluate AI answers, identifying errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
🎯 What you’ll bring
• Direct experience counseling borrowers on federal loan repayment and forgiveness.
• At least one year advising on IDR, PSLF, or other repayment and relief options.
• Experience beyond award packaging, including repayment, servicer issues, or default resolution.
• Working knowledge of servicing, deferment, forbearance, and default.
• Availability to start quickly and clear, precise writing.
• Evaluation materials include rubrics; specific software tools are not listed.
