Senior Philanthropy Manager (Fundraising)

Location: London, part home and part office based

Salary: £60,000 per annum

hirify.global raises funds for UNICEF’s emergency and development work for children and promotes and protects children’s rights in the UK and internationally.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects based in the UK.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and existing supporters.
• Identify and cultivate new supporters, income opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Secure multi-year financial support and grow the major donor pipeline.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise long-term philanthropic opportunities.
• Build relationships with influencers and connectors to secure introductions to new supporters.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and maintaining high-value partnerships.
• Personal experience securing and managing relationships at six-figure levels and achieving ambitious income targets.
• Confidence driving new business and working collaboratively within an integrated team.
• Ability to enable high performance and nurture talent among colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of philanthropic motivations and fundraising strategies.
• Confidence using CRM systems, budgeting tools, and data to manage performance effectively.
