Manager RF System Engineering (Cards and NFC Charging) (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead the RF validation team across global, cross-functional development projects for Smartcards, UHF tags, and NFC Wireless Charging.
• Coordinate technical objectives, schedules, pipeline management, quality targets, and project deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership for complex RF validation challenges, root-cause analysis, validation strategies, and critical product issues.
• Improve RF validation methodologies, automation frameworks, software tools, and efficiency through AI methodologies.
• Mentor RF engineers through technical reviews, debugging, validation planning, and professional development.
• Represent RF validation in project reviews, architecture discussions, customer engagements, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in RF system development, validation, characterization, or related fields.
• Recognized expertise in RF communication systems, including modulation techniques, coding schemes, transmitter and receiver architecture, and analog/mixed-signal concepts.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and influencing decisions across multiple teams and locations.
• Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership without direct people-management responsibility.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across international and multicultural teams.
• Experience with RF simulation and analysis tools such as ADS, Spice, or equivalent platforms.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working independently on complex technical problems with broad organizational impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Security-related responsibilities and work within security certifications may apply; a conscious and reliable working style is required.

• Software and automation skills, preferably including Python, MATLAB, data analysis frameworks, and AI tools.
