HPP Materials Engineer

Location: Traboch, Austria; onsite, full-time

Salary: minimum EUR 70,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Provide technical support to site operations to meet business objectives.
• Participate in materials, process, and product development projects.
• Contribute to technology-sharing programs and technical development across sites and divisions.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and technical trade organizations.
• Screen materials, prepare implementation methods, and develop scale-up methods for serial production with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Analyze and interpret physical and electrochemical test and measurement data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred, or compensating years of experience.
• Specified years of industry-relevant professional experience.
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
• Professional-level English language skills are preferred.
• Clear and concise communication with proactive collaboration across organizational levels.
• Customer-centric approach focused on understanding and meeting internal and external customer needs.
• Ability to support innovation, take informed risks, identify required actions, and pursue new opportunities.
