Senior Product Manager (AI Video)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel; remote and hybrid workplace options are stated.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the video generation product line across Studio and API, including creation workflows, output quality, speed, and scale.
• Define and execute the convergence of video generation and interactive agents into unified product experiences.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concepts and requirements through launch, adoption, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, research, and design to define requirements, scope delivery, manage trade-offs, timelines, cost, and quality.
• Translate customer and market insights into product improvements, packaging, pricing, go-to-market, and scalable B2B solutions.
• Use AI tools for prototyping, research, specifications, competitive analysis, and data work, helping establish an AI-first product workflow.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
• Proven ability to take products from idea through launch and scale.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, backend systems, integrations, or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Design, Cursor, or Lovable for prototyping, research, and writing.
• Experience building B2B and/or B2B2C products and working with enterprise customers.
• Strong design and user-experience sense, with comfort using data, user research, and clear KPIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and customers.
• Fluent English, strong product sense, strong execution, and strong ownership.

• Experience owning a video, content-creation, or media product.
• Experience integrating or consolidating multiple products into one platform or user journey.
