Logistics Systems & Implementation Analyst (AI)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid working from the office, home or abroad.

What you will do

• Lead logistics systems and process projects from requirements gathering through go-live, adoption and standardisation across markets.
• Support the rollout of new logistics business models and optimise the IMS and Logistics Operations Tools for multi-market scalability.
• Identify, prototype and implement AI-native and no-code/low-code automations that replace manual and repetitive work.
• Define integration architecture and API standards, translate requirements for vendor selection, and support integrations end-to-end.
• Conduct API integration testing across internal systems and document operational impacts with Process Analysts.
• Design Lean-based frameworks, map value streams, remove waste through automation, and maintain SOPs as tools evolve.

Requirements

• Experience in a project-focused role delivering process and system rollouts end-to-end and training teams through change.
• Experience defining data and integration requirements and collaborating with Tech and Data teams on system implementation.
• Working knowledge of API integrations between inventory or warehouse systems and external partners, plus practical understanding of automation tooling and AI implementations.
• Hands-on automation and scripting ability, including tools such as Google Apps Script, SQL or Python, sufficient to prototype and build solutions.
• Ability to lead strategic and operational conversations and present technical recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior logistics leadership.
• Ability to translate between technical and operational language for warehouse leads and engineers.
• Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills, including Asana, RASCI and project charters, with the ability to manage projects of different scopes concurrently.
• Data fluency, including building ROI-based business cases and quantifying the value of eliminating manual processes.
• Lean or Kaizen mindset, strong communication skills, an ability to simplify while raising standards, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in logistics and/or FMCG settings, including work with 3PLs, carriers or SaaS vendors, is highly beneficial.
• Passion for food-waste and sustainability goals.
