Location: Hybrid (remote/office); Brande, Midtjylland, Denmark. Spain, Madrid is also listed under conditions. Availability to travel 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Design, document, implement, and continuously improve global classification processes, policies, standards, and work instructions.
• Ensure process compliance through governance activities, controls, monitoring, audits, and quality reviews.
• Maintain and develop the global quality framework, including KPIs, reporting, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
• Provide process guidance, technical expertise, and resolution support for complex customs classification challenges.
• Analyze process performance, classification quality, operational trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Areas, Corporate Functions, IT, and external stakeholders on processes, controls, digital solutions, and data quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Customs, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, with relevant professional experience in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of customs tariff classification processes, governance frameworks, and trade compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in process management, quality management, governance, audits, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including KPI development, data analysis, root cause analysis, and risk identification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for collaboration across global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
• Availability to travel 25% of the time.
