TL;DR
Student Worker - Pre-Assembly and Port Planning (Offshore Wind): Collecting and analyzing operational data, developing KPI dashboards, and standardizing planning templates and documentation for offshore wind pre-assembly and port activities with an accent on data-driven decision-making, workflow optimization, and knowledge sharing. Focus on documenting lessons learned, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating operational information across multidisciplinary project teams.

Location: Vejle, Denmark; based at the Vejle office

What you will do

  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from offshore pre-assembly and port activities.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting templates for project performance tracking.
  • Standardize and digitalize project planning templates and operational documentation across platforms.
  • Document lessons learned from offshore wind projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with construction, marine operations, lifting, procurement, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program, such as Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and the MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

  • Experience in data analysis, administrative support, or project coordination.
