What you will do

• Own the organic growth roadmap and targets for traffic, signups, pipeline, and revenue.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data, competitive analysis, and customer insight.
• Run rapid experiments by forming hypotheses, shipping changes, measuring results, and scaling or stopping initiatives.
• Improve visibility in AI-driven search through entity coverage and citation content.
• Plan, brief, produce, refresh, and consolidate content across owned and earned channels.
• Use automation and AI tools to scale research, production, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on organic marketing experience with a track record of measurable growth.
• Ability to work independently, thrive with ambiguity, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence turning data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
