AI Growth Marketer

Location: Remote, Tel Aviv

An AI-powered platform enables creators, solo founders, startups, entrepreneurs, and side hustlers to build custom software applications using natural language without traditional coding. The product operates as a startup within a larger web creation company.

What you will do

• Own marketing projects end-to-end, from strategy through execution, using AI as the primary working environment.
• Create campaigns, landing pages, product content, and customer stories at high speed and volume.
• Build tools, automations, and AI workflows to solve marketing problems.
• Run growth experiments across channels, testing messaging, creatives, and audiences to increase sign-ups and engagement.
• Lead product launches with Product and Growth teams, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
• Scout emerging AI models and tools and identify applications for marketing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated AI fluency with real experience building using tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, Replit, or similar.
• Experience building AI-assisted projects, including agents, automations, apps, content systems, or workflows.
• Passion for marketing and intuition for what makes people click, sign up, and remain engaged.
• High agency and independence, with the ability to own projects from A to Z with minimal guidance.
• Strong written communication and the ability to simplify complex ideas and write effective copy.
• Comfort with speed, ambiguity, shifting priorities, and figuring things out independently.
