HR Business Partner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with managers to translate business priorities and people challenges into practical HR plans and recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with managers, employees, and HR colleagues across organizational levels.
• Coordinate HR projects and implementation workstreams, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Support global, sector, and local HR programs and improve HR processes and ways of working.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee development, organizational design, and change activities.
• Advise managers on HR policies, performance, development, team effectiveness, employee relations, and local labor requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• 1–5 years of relevant HR experience within a multinational, corporate, or industrial environment, including experience in a corporate and/or industry setting.
• Experience partnering with managers and supporting people-related business challenges.
• Exposure to talent management, workforce planning, employee development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels, with strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and an execution-focused mindset.
• Collaborative approach, growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and comfort switching between operational, tactical, and strategic topics.

Nice to have

• Project management experience or relevant credentials.
• Traineeship experience and a strong academic background.
