Internship Human Resources Business Partners

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working combining home and office work. Applicants must be enrolled at a Dutch university, or at an EU university if they hold an EU passport.

Internship allowance: 700 EUR based on a 36-hour work week.

hirify.global is a banking organisation with a Retail NL HRBP Team supporting human resources delivery across Retail Netherlands.

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of an HR project.
• Coordinate stakeholders, follow up on actions, maintain timelines, and organise meetings and workshops.
• Prepare project artefacts, HRBP meeting materials, planning overviews, meeting summaries, and stakeholder maps.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and communication materials that explain complex information clearly.
• Support recurring HR cycles, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day Retail HRBP activities.
• Identify improvements to project workflows, communication, team processes, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Organisational and coordination skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, action-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication and structured writing.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and readiness to take responsibility.
• Enrollment at a Dutch university, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.
