Staff Product Manager

Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089, United States; onsite role.

Salary: $174,138–$286,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Drive product lifecycles from requirements definition, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, launches, and scaled rollouts.
• Write technology PRDs with detailed system and UX requirements; review technical solutions, system designs, UX mocks, and user journeys with engineering and UX teams.
• Conduct prototype testing, user interviews, surveys, industry research, competitive analysis, and driver feedback analysis to identify product and growth opportunities.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and product impact measures; use Splunk, Quantum Metrics, Tableau, funnel analysis, and root-cause analysis to identify trends and gaps.
• Build and prioritize quarterly product roadmaps across initiatives, quarters, and sprints, aligning them with business goals, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX, research, analytics, program, legal, business, operations, and product stakeholders; communicate priorities and launch results to leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related area and 5 years of product management experience; OR a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the same areas and 7 years of product management experience.
• Experience defining detailed product solutions using system flow charts and user journeys, reviewing solutions with stakeholders, and defining technology-based product requirements.
• Experience defining UX requirements, reviewing UX mocks, and aligning them with user studies and prototype testing.
• Experience defining success metrics for new product features and measuring business impact.
• Experience conducting industry and competitive analysis, identifying product gaps through metric and funnel deep dives, and analyzing changing industry trends and customer needs.
• Experience preparing quarterly product roadmaps tied to business OKRs and KPIs.
• Experience preparing launch announcements, communicating weekly metric trends and issues to stakeholders and leadership, and conducting root-cause analysis.
• The employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
• The position does not supervise employees.
