What you will do
- Manage disrepair and planned maintenance projects across occupied social housing properties.
- Coordinate subcontractors, operatives, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor programme performance, quality, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Liaise with residents, clients, and internal stakeholders while producing progress reports and maintaining project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing disrepair or planned works projects within social housing.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and repairs.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
