Singulated Die Sort (SDx) Engineering Manager

Location: On-site in Kulim, Malaysia.

What you will do

• Lead and coach module engineers and manufacturing operations engineers, building technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Oversee technology transfer for new products, including training, audits, and matched processing across sites.
• Direct process engineering, yield improvement, manufacturing efficiency, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Develop equipment modifications to improve production efficiency and meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Manage tool installation and qualification during factory ramps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new-product readiness and high-volume manufacturing feasibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with at least 9 years of process engineering and management experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience.
• Expertise in manufacturing operations, yield improvement, and process optimization.
• Experience leading technology transfer across sites and managing high-volume manufacturing ramps.
• Technical expertise in equipment modification for production efficiency and robust process development.
