Salary: $110,302.00–$180,000.00 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Lead a team delivering business-area and category analytics objectives, including coaching, performance feedback, career development, and mentoring.
• Own multiple analytics projects end-to-end, manage implementation risk, and collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement data models, prototypes, production-ready algorithms, and advanced analytics solutions for complex business and technical problems.
• Oversee testing and validation of analytical solutions and develop data analysis techniques with Advanced Analytics Experts.
• Present actionable recommendations based on market insights and data analysis to support business results and strategic decision-making.
• Manage product enhancement backlogs, pilot incremental upgrades, and establish governance structures for agile projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in data analytics or related experience; any amount of experience with the required skills will be accepted.
• Experience using Python for data validation and Power BI and Python for data stories, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Advanced data analysis experience with clustering, correlation analysis, feature engineering, and dimension reduction for demand forecast modeling.
• Experience with statistical modeling for order replenishment, store-level ordering, cost optimization, waste reduction, and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
• Experience developing SQL data pipelines and using advanced SQL for data preparation, analysis, and validation.
• Experience analyzing retail sales datasets, including anomalies, seasonality, cannibalization, and price elasticity.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, gap analysis, stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, process flows, and concise reporting.
