Senior Manager, Technical Delivery Platforms

Location: Brisbane, Australia; hybrid workplace. Other locations: Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

What you will do

• Shape the strategy and roadmap for engineering and design technology platforms.
• Lead, develop, and empower the Technical Delivery squad.
• Oversee platform performance, development, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships across IT, engineering, and design.
• Lead strategic vendor relationships, software renewals, and commercial discussions.
• Partner with Commercial and Finance to optimize technology investment and licensing.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience across technology platforms, digital products, or IT services.
• Experience supporting an engineering, design, AEC, or similarly complex technical environment.
• Strong people leadership and team development capability.
• Commercial experience with technology investment, licensing, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Autodesk, Bentley, Esri, Revizto, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
