Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote for candidates within four hours of Dubai time; individual relocation plans may be discussed for hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Poland, and Spain.

What you will do

• Own merchant journeys in the Merchant Dashboard across web and native mobile from concept through polished execution.
• Upgrade transactions, settlements, and invoices pages and create new merchant self-service tools.
• Design data-dense interfaces that make complex financial and operational information clear and actionable.
• Design, iterate, and measure merchant experiments and new features with Product Managers.
• Help reimagine the in-store experience with product and engineering teams.
• Use research, merchant feedback, data, AI tools, and design-system collaboration to validate and improve solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools.
• Strong product craft demonstrated through a portfolio and excellent Figma skills.
• Experience designing for web dashboards and native iOS and Android mobile products.
• Strong product thinking, including understanding business goals, product logic, and user needs.
• Ability to clarify uncertainty and handle complex flows, states, and edge cases.
• Strong AI proficiency, with experience using AI tools on real project work for prototyping, exploration, and speed.
• Understanding of technical constraints and effective collaboration with engineering.
• Strong communication skills, including communication with designers and C-level executives.
• Experience with systems thinking and shared design systems; ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience in fintech or financial products.
• Experience conducting UX research.
• Strong graphic design foundation.
• Experience designing for GCC markets or Arabic/RTL interfaces.
• Interest in working close to code and contributing through AI tools.
