Senior Product Designer, BNPL (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote for candidates based within four hours of Dubai time. An individual relocation plan may be discussed for hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Poland, and Spain.

hirify.global is a fintech company building a financial app and BNPL products that help people and businesses manage payments, spending, and savings.

What you will do

• Own merchant journeys in the Merchant Dashboard across web and native mobile from concept through polished execution.
• Upgrade transaction, settlement, and invoice pages and design new merchant self-service tools.
• Create clear, data-dense interfaces for complex financial and operational information.
• Design and measure merchant experiments and new product features with Product Managers.
• Help reimagine the in-store experience and collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and UX Writing.
• Use merchant feedback, research, data, AI tools, and design systems to validate and improve solutions.

Requirements

• Experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools.
• Strong product design craft and excellent Figma skills, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Experience designing for both web or dashboards and native iOS and Android applications.
• Strong product thinking, systems thinking, autonomy, and the ability to manage complex flows, states, and edge cases.
• Strong AI proficiency and fluency in English are required.
• Ability to understand technical constraints, collaborate with engineering, and communicate with designers and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or financial products.
• Experience conducting UX research or a strong graphic design foundation.
• Experience designing for GCC markets or Arabic and RTL interfaces.
• Interest in working close to code and contributing through AI tools.
