Senior Product Designer (Web3)

Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid work combining onsite collaboration and remote work, with an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of choice.

What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end trading, investment, and Web3 interfaces across mobile and web platforms.
• Simplify complex financial products, including tokenized financial derivatives, into intuitive and low-friction user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to improve funnel conversion, engagement, and drop-off rates.
• Apply and contribute to scalable design systems for consistent, high-performing, data-heavy interfaces.
• Use AI to build coded prototypes, test concepts with customers, and maintain design-system foundations for AI coding tools.
• Partner with engineering, product, and compliance teams to create experiences that drive engagement, retention, and trust.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in Crypto, Web3, or complex fintech products is mandatory.
• Proven knowledge and experience in Product, UX, and UI Design.
• Expertise in Figma and interaction design.
• Experience using AI tools to build coded prototypes and test ideas quickly.
• Experience simplifying complex financial concepts and workflows into accessible, user-centric designs.
• Practical experience working in regulated, fast-moving environments while maintaining high design delivery velocity.
• A data-informed mindset with experience continuously optimizing based on user metrics and strong customer empathy.
