Employee Relations Manager (Financial Markets)

Salary: $113,800–$189,600 per year, plus annual target bonus and equity opportunity.

What you will do

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters and conduct investigations with objectivity, empathy, and policy alignment.
• Advise employees, managers, HR colleagues, and senior leadership on employment-related matters while balancing organizational risk and employee advocacy.
• Coach managers on performance management, improvement planning, accountability, and consistent application of company policies.
• Serve as the primary HR contact and site lead representative for the New York office.
• Manage offboarding activities and the company’s unemployment insurance claims.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of related experience in a professional HR function.
• Strong knowledge and experience in performance management coaching and employment-related investigations, with the ability to apply general HR knowledge practically.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with management and employees at all organizational levels.
• Google proficiency and exposure to Workday or another HRMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience as a Human Resources Generalist or site lead.
