What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases and workflows that improve productivity, cycle time, quality, or decision-making.
• Translate business needs into practical AI solution designs, including agents, copilots, automations, and analytics grounded in enterprise data.
• Design and configure AI agents and workflows using Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and approved third-party AI tools.
• Collaborate with IT, data, security, operations, functional leaders, and the AI Investment Office to connect solutions to systems and data sources under AI governance guardrails.
• Build business cases, success metrics, and telemetry to track adoption, time saved, quality, and financial impact; run pilots through testing, feedback, iteration, and production rollout.
• Create enablement materials, training moments, reusable prompts, architectures, patterns, and checklists for AI adoption.

Requirements

• Foundational skills in business analysis, solutions consulting, project or program management, or operations analysis, together with a strong background in AI, automation, or advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous business problems into practical technology or AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI or automation platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, low-code agents, or comparable tools.
• Strong workflow and process mapping skills, including defining requirements and breaking work into clear, testable steps.
• Ability to work with data using AI copilots, BI tools, or basic queries to explore datasets, define KPIs, and interpret trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining AI concepts, tradeoffs, and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across business, IT, and data teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Growth mindset, curiosity about emerging AI capabilities, and a track record of learning and applying new tools quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Master’s degree, such as an MBA or similar.

Hiring process

• The first 90 days include cultural onboarding, mentor connections, systems mapping, stakeholder meetings, and short- and long-term goal setting.
• Within six months, the role is expected to deliver 2–3 scoped AI solutions or agents from discovery through pilot and establish a prioritized AI opportunity backlog.
• Within one year, the role is expected to own a production AI portfolio, standardize reusable patterns, advise leaders, contribute to governance, and mentor newer AI builders and champions.
