What you will do

• Own private capital financial data operations and resolve complex client data challenges while maintaining accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs.
• Use AI-enabled data extraction and validation tools, establish quality benchmarks, and strengthen validation, auditability, and operational controls.
• Investigate data exceptions, identify root causes, and develop sustainable solutions that improve accuracy and reduce recurring issues.
• Identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve the scalability and efficiency of financial data operations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and Client Service teams to turn operational insights and client feedback into improvements.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates and use KPIs and operational analytics to identify trends and support informed decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial data operations, data management, client data services, or a similar financial services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered data extraction and validation tools, including the ability to challenge outputs, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with Technology, Product, Operations, and client-facing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial data concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with data integrity, quality assurance, operational controls, and auditability, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Knowledge of private capital data, fund administration, investment operations, or related financial datasets.
• Experience with financial data pipelines, workflow automation or orchestration tools, and cloud-based data environments.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues and supporting continuous learning.
