What you will do

• Coordinate integrated delivery and dependencies across multiple Agile teams, projects, and external programs supporting a GSA contract.
• Oversee deployment pipelines, enterprise release schedules, and delivery of MVPs and FOCs.
• Resolve multi-program resource contention and manage complex enterprise portfolio dependencies.
• Act as the technical liaison for COR, PMO, and senior government stakeholders on risk management and service delivery health.
• Establish quality standards, DevSecOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across participating teams.
• Monitor enterprise Agile metrics, identify bottlenecks, and translate contract requirements into delivery roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in multi-team Agile delivery, program management, or enterprise release management.
• Experience managing cross-project dependencies, resource allocation conflicts, complex delivery pipelines, and enterprise-level Agile frameworks.
• Experience presenting to senior government stakeholders and PMO leadership.
• Strong strategic planning, enterprise risk management, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and with a DevSecOps framework.
• Familiarity with enterprise tracking and reporting tools for monitoring program health.
• Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.
• BS degree required; relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement.

Nice to have

• Enterprise Agile scaling methodologies such as SAFe.
• IT service management, ITIL, and quality assurance standards.
• Systems integration or enterprise architecture delivery experience.
• DoD or GSA compliance and security standards for software delivery.
• SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, PgMP, ITIL v4 Managing Professional, or PMP certification with enterprise experience.
