Vice President, Infrastructure Solution Engineer (ServiceNow)

Location: Lake Mary, Florida, United States; the role also references Pittsburgh.

Salary: $69,000–$153,000 base salary annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.

What you will do

• Develop full-stack web features using Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Translate requirements, user stories, and mock-ups into functional features with the implementation project team.
• Configure ServiceNow application interfaces and workflows.
• Develop integrations with multiple HR systems, including SSO and LDAP components.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, user acceptance testing, support activities, and proactive customer updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5–9 years of experience in software development or technology infrastructure; securities or financial services experience is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• JavaScript proficiency and experience with web technologies including XML, HTML, Angular, web services, and SaaS environments.
• Technical consulting experience and solid Python proficiency, including async/await, type hints, virtual environments, and packaging.
• Experience consuming LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere, with knowledge of prompt engineering best practices.
• Exposure to agentic AI concepts including tool calling, function calling, ReAct patterns, RAG, and vector stores.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD basics, Docker, and team-based Agile environments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience and accreditations across all product lines.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or an equivalent LLM orchestration framework.
• Experience with an additional ServiceNow product line outside ITSM.
• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and related technologies.
• Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum ITBM methodology.
• Strong active listening, ownership, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
