Global Service Strategic Initiatives Manager (Deerfield, IL)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Deerfield, Illinois office, United States

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop program roadmaps, milestones, governance structures, and success metrics aligned with organizational priorities and customer commitments.
• Partner with Service, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Quality, and Legal leaders, as well as external partners.
• Build scalable operating models and processes for hirify.global’s Multi-Vendor Solutions capabilities and long-term growth.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges while facilitating decisions and removing obstacles.
• Present progress, business impact, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders through presentations, dashboards, and performance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs, strategic initiatives, operational transformation efforts, or business improvement projects.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent initiatives involving diverse stakeholders, business functions, and external partners.
• Experience influencing and driving results across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Strong strategic planning, program execution, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver measurable business results in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, service operations, supply chain, or commercial operations.
• Experience leading customer-facing strategic programs, business transformation initiatives, or multi-vendor service solutions.
• Success designing operating models, improving business processes, and implementing scalable organizational capabilities.
• Experience presenting recommendations and program outcomes to executive leadership teams.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and enterprise program governance practices.
