Sr Project Manager, Custom Antibodies (AI/ML)

Base cash compensation: $128,000–$16,100,000 USD annually; bonus, equity, and benefits are also available.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple custom antibody and IgG projects from initial inquiry through final delivery.
• Manage transitions between quoting, production, and antibody data delivery.
• Gather antibody design requirements and prepare accurate quotes and Statements of Work.
• Track quotations, active orders, shipments, timelines, and data quality in project systems.
• Act as the primary customer contact and coordinate follow-up with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, Product Management, and Finance.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend scalable operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in the life sciences.
• 3+ years leading scientific projects in a commercial setting, including managing timelines across departments.
• Ability to coordinate customers and internal teams without direct authority over those teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Proven ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement practical, organized solutions that increase team capacity.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience.
• Technical background in AI/ML-based antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira.
