About the Role

You will own accounting activities for accruals, investments, leases, intercompany activity, and cost allocations. You will prepare and review journal entries, reconcile accounts, analyze balances, support the close and annual audit, and improve controls, documentation, and automation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting
• Deep understanding of US GAAP
• Public-company or IPO-readiness experience
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit-ready workpapers
• Multi-entity and multi-currency accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• NetSuite, Zip, T&E, and close-management platform proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for accruals, investments, leases, intercompany activity, and cost allocations
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Prepare and maintain intercompany and consolidation entries, including cost-plus arrangements and FX revaluation and elimination
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure spend and balances are complete and accurate
• Implement process, automation, and control improvements to shorten the close and support SOX 404 readiness
• Prepare audit support and respond to auditor requests
