Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote-first work environment; reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required for remote work.

What you will do

• Represent professional learning products and the educator platform to go-to-market and internal teams.
• Inform product roadmaps and prioritize features aligned with customer needs and strategic objectives.
• Document business requirements and translate customer, market, industry, and product data into development opportunities.
• Manage release enablement and collaborate with Marketing on clear, consistent product messaging.
• Coordinate feature design, development, and delivery with Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, UX/UI, Technical Product Management, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure final feature and product scope aligns with business requirements and objectives.

Requirements

• At least three years of product management experience for SaaS products, preferably in educational technology.
• Ability to identify and write business requirements for product features and enhancements.
• Ability to manage products and features throughout their life cycle while balancing customer needs with business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship-management skills in a matrix organization.
• Ability to develop and communicate product stories to internal and external audiences.
• Understanding of product management and product development workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree required, or equivalent experience.
