Business Technical Analyst Undergraduate Summer Intern (Power BI)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $21.00–$26.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Prepare quality campaign and vendor performance reports.
• Analyze performance metrics and quality gap closures.
• Document Power BI data flows, processes, and reporting procedures.
• Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs.
• Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and managed care industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period, preferably in a field related to the hiring department.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; sponsorship is unavailable, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and an analytical mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework with Power BI, SQL, Python, and basic programming.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and macros.
• Interest in data visualization and business reporting.
