Director, Product Management - FedGov

Location: Hybrid in Milpitas, California; El Segundo, California; Atlanta, USA; or Remote US.

Salary: $223,000–$247,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for federal product offerings.
• Translate complex federal requirements into prioritized product features and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, services, engineering, TPM, and release management teams to deliver the roadmap using agile methodologies.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives addressing federal identity and access management challenges.
• Engage federal customers and partners, gather feedback, and communicate product strategy.
• Launch new federal capabilities, analyze market trends, and integrate agentic AI to improve security and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology product management experience, including significant federal government experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing product strategies for complex enterprise software solutions.
• Experience bringing security or identity-related products to market.
• Understanding of IAM systems and security principles, plus experience with agentic AI concepts in security solutions.
• Knowledge of product prioritization frameworks, P&L considerations, agile development, product launches, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with JIRA and Aha, strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
