Technical Recruiter, IT

Location: Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area); full-time onsite attendance is required, and hybrid or remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring groups on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen and source candidates, recommend top applicants, and maintain recruiting pipelines.
• Coordinate candidate onsite visits, provide facility tours, and participate in interviews.
• Manage offer processes, including background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.
• Recruit across corporate functions including IT, application software, InfoSec, environmental health and safety, construction, physical security, and materials engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or an associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Hawthorne, California.
• ITAR eligibility: U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, including recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, environmental health and safety, construction, or physical security.
• In-house, high-volume, skilled-labor, and full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on recruiting data and identifying top talent.
• Experience with cold calling, networking events, industry expert outreach, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Ability to work directly with director- and VP-level technical hiring managers.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, influencing, multitasking, autonomy, and teamwork skills.
