Financial Services Representative - Mascouche

Location: On-site full-time in Mascouche, QC, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during hours that may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of financial services professionals delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Hire, develop, coach, and motivate Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives.
• Deepen client relationships, resolve or escalate complaints, and support clients with financial needs, home ownership, and business setup.
• Monitor banking centre performance, create action plans, and increase business results while managing risk.
• Work with internal partners to maximize market opportunities and recruit employees who share CIBC’s values.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals.
• Experience coaching employees and inspiring successful team performance.
• Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, able to provide a valid work or study permit.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and able to build respectful and authentic relationships.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and travel between multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
