Financial Services Representative - Senneterre (Banking)

Location: Senneterre, Quebec, Canada; on-site full-time. Flexible availability for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and for work at multiple nearby banking centres.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their goals and priorities.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans and support clients in achieving their goals.
• Build relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Work collaboratively to connect clients with relevant people and opportunities.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, relationship-building skills, authenticity, and willingness to learn.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
