Paid Media Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own paid marketing strategy, execution, and performance across multiple financial services verticals.
• Build, launch, QA, pace, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns across SEM, YouTube, display, OpenAI, and other platforms.
• Set campaign objectives, bidding strategies, audiences, budgets, conversion events, and testing roadmaps.
• Use AI tools to develop creative, data insights, landing pages, and new paid marketing tactics.
• Monitor CTR, CVR, revenue, monetization, lead quality, attribution, and funnel performance while resolving tracking discrepancies with data and engineering teams.
• Lead creative, landing page, funnel, platform partnership, competitive research, reporting, and stakeholder communication activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid search experience, ideally in lead generation.
• Proven use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to accelerate marketing functions, generate insights, and optimize creative processes.
• Experience developing marketing tactics for changing search behavior, AI, and video.
• Demonstrated video marketing experience, including short-form video, emerging ad formats, and YouTube.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience scaling paid search, preferably with 7-figure monthly spend, while maintaining or improving CPA/CAC and ROAS.
• Experience managing toward lead generation, revenue, ROAS, CPA/CAC, or funnel-based goals and building paid media strategy from the ground up.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, creative briefing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience troubleshooting tracking, attribution, or reporting discrepancies and working with platform and backend business data.

Nice to have

• Experience outside Google or Bing and in financial services such as insurance, lending, wealth, banking, investing, mortgage, or home equity.
• Experience with lead generation funnels, prequalification or quiz flows, marketplace models, or affiliate and partner revenue models.
• Experience optimizing backend events such as funded loans, booked appointments, or matched leads.
• Experience with server-side tracking, conversion signal quality, UGC creative, creator partnerships, or video production workflows.
• Comfort working with legal, compliance, or brand review processes in regulated industries.
