Senior Technical Engineer (.NET)

Salary: $71,100–$145,900 annual base pay, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level production solutions, features, and capabilities.
• Improve the quality, maintainability, supportability, and testability of technical products and services.
• Automate operational processes and provide troubleshooting and operational support for team products.
• Share technical expertise, follow industry and organizational best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement communities.
• Maintain controls and documentation required for company and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and train new or less experienced team members while collaborating with cross-functional, product-oriented teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 4+ years of .NET web development experience.
• Recent VB.NET or C# experience in enterprise web and API development.
• Demonstrable results producing enterprise-level production solutions and demonstrable full-stack development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment, independently or as part of a small team.
• Practical experience with modern software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies.
• Understanding of common IT security best practices.
