KYC Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (US)

What you will do

• Develop specialized reporting packages, dashboards, scorecards, data extracts, and interactive visualizations for product, customer, account management, and business decision-making needs.
• Integrate data from enterprise sources, localized DataMarts, and external sources into comprehensive BI reporting solutions and visual stories.
• Analyze business and functional data, create insights and commentary, and present findings to management or executives.
• Lead BI initiatives, evolve reporting and visualization standards, and implement report automation.
• Validate the quality and integrity of reporting data and recommend presentations that address changing business needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, provide BI advisory support, and contribute to risk, governance, and performance improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience; higher-degree education and research tenure may be counted.
• Advanced knowledge of reporting and business intelligence platforms, tools, and techniques.
• Expert knowledge of the main data sources used within the business unit and the ability to use them for reporting.
• Experience creating specialized data visualizations and integrating data across enterprise reporting platforms and sources.
• Ability to work independently as a senior analyst or subject matter expert and manage tasks end to end.
• Undergraduate or advanced technical degree preferred, such as mathematics, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex issues, conduct research, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess programs, policies, and practices.
• Ability to manage confidential information, follow enterprise and regulatory requirements, and support risk management and controls.
• Ability to build relationships with business partners and stakeholders, communicate project status, and mentor or transfer knowledge to others.
