What you will do

• Design electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
• Develop and support PLC-based control systems for industrial heating and process applications.
• Create and modify PLC programs and configure HMIs, instrumentation, sensors, VFDs, and industrial networking components.
• Troubleshoot electrical control systems and support testing and commissioning.
• Create and maintain CAD-based engineering drawings and documentation.
• Support product development from concept through manufacturing while collaborating with customers, suppliers, sales, and manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technical education and applicable industry experience, in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering Technology, Industrial Systems Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• Understanding of electrical circuits, motor controls, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Students and recent graduates from two-year or four-year engineering programs are considered.

Nice to have

• PLC programming experience from coursework, labs, internships, co-ops, or industry experience.
• Familiarity with HMI development and industrial communication protocols.
• CAD experience.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Emerson, ABB, or Mitsubishi platforms.
