Service Contracts Manager

Location: Remote, USA; position based in Atlanta, Georgia, with other listed locations in Bozeman, Montana; Charleston, South Carolina; Leawood, Kansas; and Jacksonville, Florida. Occasional travel for on-site meetings and events is required.

What you will do

• Qualify incoming services contract requests and develop, edit, maintain, and quality-check Statements of Work, Service Orders, Change Orders, and Task Orders.
• Advise internal stakeholders on services selling, contracting, procurement, pricing, compliance, and transaction requirements.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and alliance partners, including pricing deliverables and contract vehicle quotes.
• Research market, financial, legal, and partner requirements; report findings to leadership and develop scalable solutions, policies, procedures, templates, and process improvements.
• Coordinate contract documentation across the CRM and Client Project Repository, manage contract vehicle databases and SharePoint sites, and provide contract information to Legal.
• Train, mentor, and provide peer review for the SCORE team and other stakeholders on SOW development, maintenance, quality standards, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Paralegal, or Pre-Law.
• 7–10 years of combined work experience, including 2–4 years in contracts, supply chain, procurement, supplier management, and/or asset management and 5 years of directly related professional experience.
• 4–7 years of professional writing experience.
• Prior experience with client relationship management software (CRM).
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, and DocuSign.
• Proficiency in contracting and procurement best practices, SOW development processes, and relevant toolsets.
• Ability to work in a sales partnership setting and advise stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work occasional overtime and travel for on-site meetings and events.
