Officer, Events and Entertainment Relations Engagement

Location: Hybrid, London, United Kingdom. Occasional travel and work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: GBP 46,780–57,922.78 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee the UK and European events portfolio, with flexibility to support other priority markets as directed.
• Lead event project management from concept and planning through logistics, production, execution, evaluation, and post-event wrap-up for in-person and virtual events.
• Draft concept notes and creative briefs, research venues and vendors or virtual platforms, and prepare event materials and communications.
• Coordinate with fundraising, policy, advocacy, digital, media, and other teams to align event messaging and donor engagement strategies.
• Support the global entertainment relations portfolio by identifying opportunities to engage celebrity ambassadors and cultural trends in campaigns, events, and appeals.
• Manage ongoing communications with celebrity supporters and evaluate event effectiveness using audience data.

Requirements

• Strong experience planning events through all phases of development.
• Knowledge and experience using social media channels for celebrity engagement and PR campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience working strategically and identifying opportunities to support organization-wide marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to project manage campaigns and events with internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership, celebrities, agents, and journalists.
• Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work creatively with diverse collaborators.
• Exceptional judgment, analytical, and prioritization skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to take responsibility, work on own initiative, solve problems, and find solutions.
• Outstanding MS Office and event database management skills; Salesforce and Pardot experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel and evenings or weekends.
