General Manager - Terrace Point Cafe

What you will do

• Manage the daily operations, strategy, goals, policies, and procedures of Terrace Point Cafe.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, engagement, and communication for restaurant team members.
• Maintain Wynn service standards, guest satisfaction, health and safety requirements, and opening and closing procedures.
• Manage cost controls, purchasing, inventory, usage reports, variances, and restaurant business planning.
• Handle guest and team member issues, shift briefings, VIP and event coordination, and high-pressure priorities.
• Monitor operational effectiveness and recommend improvements aligned with Wynn Las Vegas strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar supervisory position within a similar high-volume restaurant.
• Previous P&L ownership in a financially successful food and beverage operation.
• Fluent English.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with POS systems, purchasing software, time-keeping software, and Microsoft Office.
• Clean and professional appearance in accordance with Wynn standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in a luxury setting.
• A second language.
• Experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
