Manager-Technology Delivery

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work with at least four days per week in the office and one day per week from home.

Base salary: $107,000–$147,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for designing, building, validating, and deploying hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Direct work allocation, prioritization, hiring, vendor management, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee technical designs, engineering documentation, configuration, implementation, testing, validation, and production releases.
• Drive consistent build, implementation, support, SDLC, and service management processes.
• Troubleshoot development and test environment issues, lead root-cause analysis, and implement corrective improvements.
• Track department metrics, prepare technology reports, escalate issues, and contribute to strategic and financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of progressively broader experience, including hands-on and leadership roles working with technologies.
• Demonstrated success delivering initiatives and driving execution.
• Experience influencing, leading, and coaching without direct leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship, including for example H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, or TN.

• Experience working in a geographically distributed team environment.
• Ability to negotiate or persuade others in moderately complex situations.
• Knowledge of broker-dealer compliance regulations.
